![]() Have you ever looked at your Facebook friends list only to find someone you expected to be there has unfriended you? FBDelete is a simple Android application which you download, open once and can then forget about. From that point onwards, if someone on Facebook deletes (or adds) you, a notification is triggered on your phone letting you know. *Note: If one of your friends deletes their account it will appear as though they have deleted you. If in the future they then re-enable their account, the app will display this as a new friend. Once you have been using the application for a while you can then go back through the months and see how your friends list has changed over time. Download from Google Play now. Don’t forget to tell your friends and leave a rating on the market.

![]() LFC History 2.4.1 has now been released to Google Play.New FeaturesTRANSFERS Transfers A lot of performance and stability changes have gone into this but the main thing worth talking about is transfers. It is now possible to see a list of transfers by season or by manager. A new tab has been added to these areas of the app which list players in and players out, clicking on the player will take you to that players profile. For each view the spending totals are displayed including net spend. WIDGET SETTINGS As requested by some users, it is now possible to select the content of the widget. The options are history facts and the next match or just the next match. FixesLOCAL TIMEZONE The match notifications should now work off your local timezone so you should no longer have the issue where you are told a match is about to kick off an hour or so after it is finished. LOSS OF SERVICE A couple of weeks ago there was a problem with our servers which meant the app could not update. Most parts of the app were fine but a couple of features did not handle this loss of service as well as it should have. This has now been resolved. NEXT MATCH WIDGET Previously the next match was only loaded when the app was opened. This meant that if there was a game on Saturday and you had not opened the app since the game, on Sunday the widget would say that the match was -1 days ahead. The moment you opened the app it would correct itself and point to the next game. This have now been updated so that the next match data is automatically downloaded when the previous match finishes. This means that the widget will always be showing the correct data even if you don’t open up the app itself. Get over to google play to get the update now. Don’t forget to leave a rating whilst you are at it YNWA If you experience any issues or would like to suggest some new features you’d like to see, please leave a comment or get in touch on Twitter or Facebook NOTE – These features were originally released as 2.4.0 up that contained an issue when downloading and trying to display just one transfer from the seasons view. 2.4.1 was quickly released to fix this issue. LFC History 2.3.7 has now been released to google play.
Nothing exciting in this release but it does fix a couple of bugs that seemed to be affecting quite a few users. The main problem related to the widget trying to update when there was no internet connection available. This caused the device to stay awake longer than it should have been. This has now been resolved so the widget will not try to update if there is no active data connection. Other fixes are also included to improve performance in a couple of areas which seemed to be affecting older (slower) phones. Get over to google play to get the update now. ![]() f you search for your local club on the Google Play store you will find loads of applications that do a similar thing, basically the majority of them are basic RSS feed readers which have been quickly knocked up, released and never updated again. My aim is to produce an application which is maintained regularly listening to user feedback. Back to the RSS Readers, the main issue I have with these is that the sources of information that are used are not normally the best suited for your particular club. If you are following Yahoo Sports for example, in most cases you are going to get your news stories a lot later than if you were following your local paper etc. I am aiming to release separate applications for each club, with the sources customised for that club and not just using the obvious news sites. Most fans want one single place that they can go to for all the information that they require. More features will get added as the application develops but to begin with the FanCentre app will include the following features*:
The final point to make is that our aim is that every fan can have these features on their phone. If you do a quick search on the app store you will find loads of apps for Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd etc but you will struggle to find them for some of the lower league clubs. If you feel that your club has been overlooked, then give us a shout and we will ensure that we have you covered.* *Note – Some features for lower league clubs may be restricted due to lack of data sources but we will try to add as many features as possible.
LFC History 2.3.6 has now been released to google play.
It contains two new features and some small bug fixes and improvements.
![]() Well its getting one. I was looking at the google analytics stats for the application and it was clear that the most visited page on the site was the ‘Today in History’ section. Since this is the case I thought it would be a good idea to add a widget which could cycle through these events giving the user quick access without needing to open up the application. So far I have come up with the following. This is fine but it looks a bit poor when there are no birthdays or debuts etc on the current day. To avoid this I have also decided to add in details of the game so that there will always be something to display within the widget. Im just working on testing this at the moment but it should be released onto google play soon.
